In our company TEM Čatež d. d. we have obtained the SQ certificate, awarded by the Slovenian Association for Quality and Excellence (SZKO). Certificate SQ is officially recognized by the European Organisation for Quality (EOQ). Sign SQ is a symbol of identified and proven quality of our products and services, guarantee for a better visibility of products’ origin, increase in customer’s confidence and a higher level of compliance with the expectations of all stakeholders.
The process of obtaining and granting SQ certificate is complex and presents a comprehensive assessment of the quality of products and services for which it is awarded. Assessed and evaluated are the risk factors associated with the product and service, product manufacturing process or service development.
Successful assessment of the quality system means ensuring a high degree of probability that candidate will provide long-term quality of its products and services.
